You have 60 nights from delivery to decide if DRŸFT belongs in your morning. If it doesn't, we refund the wand in full — hassle-free, no questions, no return shipping fee.

How to start a return

Email dryftcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and the words "60-night return" in the subject line.

We'll reply within 24 hours with a pre-paid return label. Drop the package at any post office (or your nearest carrier drop-off). Once we receive it, your refund processes within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

No forms. No phone trees. No restocking fee.

What you keep

If you used the device a few times before deciding, that's fine — keep on with it through night 60. Any printed materials, the carry pouch, and the included Body Reset Guide are yours to keep regardless of whether you return the wand.

What we ask

Please return the device in its original box if you still have it, with the charging cable included. If the original box is gone, any padded mailer works. We test every returned unit and most are gently refurbished as replacement stock — keeping good products out of landfill matters to us.

Beyond 60 days

After night 60, the money-back window closes — but the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee (see the Warranty page) kicks in for any device that stops working from normal use.
