Your order is dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Why 8–12 days instead of overnight?
DRŸFT ships from our fulfillment partner, not from a U.S. warehouse staffed by exhausted humans working overtime. The trade-off: you wait a few days longer. The upside: we keep prices honest and our team well-rested.
If you're used to Prime, the first week will feel slow. Most customers tell us the wait adds to the ritual — by the time DRŸFT arrives, you're ready for it.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your package leaves our fulfillment center. If 72 hours pass without a tracking update, email dryftcustomerservice@gmail.comand we'll personally chase it down.
Customs and duties
For most international orders, no duties apply. For a few markets (Brazil, Mexico, parts of EU), local customs may apply small import fees on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us. If you'd like an estimate before ordering, email us.
Lost or damaged in transit?
Rare, but it happens. If your DRŸFT arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email dryftcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number. We replace it. No forms, no proof-of-purchase forensics, no runaround.
