If your DRŸFT ever stops working from normal use, we send you a replacement. Free. Forever.
What's covered
Anything that fails through everyday use:
- Motor or vibration stops working
- Heating element stops warming
- LED ring fails or flickers
- Battery permanently stops holding charge
- Charging port stops accepting the cable
- Buttons or display stop responding
What's not covered
Things that aren't manufacturing or wear issues:
- Damage from being dropped on a hard surface
- Submerged in water (DRŸFT is splash-resistant, not bath-safe)
- Damage from extreme temperatures
- Cosmetic scuffs or scratches from regular handling
- Modifications, opening the device, or third-party repairs
How to claim
Email dryftcustomerservice@gmail.com with:
- Your original order number (or the email you ordered with)
- A short description of what stopped working
- A photo or 10-second video showing the issue
We reply within 24 hours. If your unit qualifies, your replacement ships within 48 hours.
Replacement units
Replacements are either brand-new units or carefully tested refurbished units — your choice based on what we have in stock. Both come with a fresh start on the Lifetime Replacement clock.

Most beauty devices come with a 1-year warranty because they're built to last about 1 year. DRŸFT is built for daily use over many years. We stand behind that.
